Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We had an amazing time at this oceanfront condo! The views were great, waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was definitely an added bonus. Every piece of furniture was thoughtfully chosen and incredibly comfortable, especially the beds, which made it easy to relax and recharge. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including plenty of bath towels, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well equipped beach getaway!

The view was fantastic. Close to the pools and beach. Beds were so comfy. Kitchen was equipped with most things we needed. Had a relaxing week with our grandsons.

Great location, comfortably distant from the busy touristy sections of town, but still walkable. Amazing views. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet at night. Everything in the unit was pretty new and clean. Highly recommended.
