About this apartment rental
This central condo located in downtown Golden amplifies the best of mountain living in this new two bed/one bath suite. Take in the mountain and river views from your morning coffee to your evening cocktail. Regardless of if you are looking for a winter gateway or seeking new summer memories, Golden has you covered. From Kicking Horse Mountain Resort to the Golden Skybridge, from the 6 National Parks on your doorstep, to the incredible local hidden gems - you will wish you stayed longer!
The whole condo (with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet) is available to our guests
Whitetooth Vista is a third floor suite in Goldens newest downtown condo building - OSO. Next door to the Whitetooth Brewery and steps from the River pathway and all downtown amenities it is perfectly located for your next mountain adventure. A 15 minute drive gets you to Kicking Horse Mountains Resort, 5 minutes from the Golden Skybridge and close to 6 National Parks you are sure to find anyways to fill your time!
There is dedicated parking for 1 vehicle spot #303, further parking (first come first served) can be found on the street at the front of the complex. All downtown amenities are within walking distance, however you will need to vehicle to explore further afield. Golden does not have a transit system and taxi availability is limited.
We have a locked storage at the back of our allocated parking space (#303) . Please feel free to utilize this during your stay for your sports equipment - you will find the key in the suite. Please return the key to the suite on check out. There is a $250 fee for lost keys.
Only the guests on the registration in suite overnight. Maximum 4 guests total.
No outdoor shoes to be worn in unit
No sports equipment in unit (lockable outdoor storage available for guests)
No pets - $1000 fine for violation of this policy.
No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes/Cannabis to be smoked in unit/on balcony. $1000 fine for violation of policy.
No BBQ available.

Erica was a great host, answering all our questions promptly and thoroughly. The property is lovely - clean, well furnished and very conveniently located. A great place to stay to visit Golden and the nearby national parks!

The apartment was well organized and clean. Location is great, beautiful view and close walking to grocery store and restaurants. Would stay here again!

We spent a week in Golden exploring the national parks. The beds were very comfortable after our long days of hiking. We ended each night with a walk along the river & watched the sun set over the mountains from the balcony. The apartment is walkable to many restaurants. Be sure to try the Stilton Fondue at Eleven22, have a pint of the Backyard Bivouac Pils at Whitetooth Brewing, and go 5 pin bowling at Alleycat.
