About this house rental
The kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and many other amenities, leaves almost nothing to be desired. The living and dining area lets you relax on the couch—complete with a large flat-screen TV, stereo system, a glass of wine, or a collection of games—even when the weather is bad.
Our cozy bedrooms are located upstairs. A comfortable 1.80 m x 2.0 m bed in the large master bedroom and two 0.9 m x 2.0 m beds in the separate room guarantee a restful night’s sleep.
Both bedrooms are lovingly furnished and feature spacious closets in addition to the wonderful lake view. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Relax with us. On the upper floor, there is a quiet restroom between the two bedrooms, saving you a long walk at night. In the basement, there is a spacious, modern bathroom. The wonderful walk-in shower and relaxing in the whirlpool are a must for every stay.
A great outdoor terrace is a must.
Final cleaning fee of 80€ payable on site
The costs for electricity (0.40€/kWh), water and sewer (7.50€/m³), and gas (0.90€) will be billed based on usage upon departure and deducted from the security deposit.
The security deposit of 150€ will be refunded via bank transfer after the rental period, minus utility costs.
Bed linens 15€; towels 10€—optional and bookable per person per stay.
Wi-Fi is subject to a fee.
