This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, a sunroom, and a spacious deck overlooking the beautiful Turtle Point Golf Course. This villa also offers a short 5-minute walk to the beach.
This first-floor villa offers a one-story layout with neutral hues, ample living space, and abundant natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the golf course. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space and additional barstool seating to enjoy your vacation meals. The kitchen also opens to the main dining area, where you will find seating for 4 and spectacular golf views.
The sunroom offers a writing desk, comfortable seating, gorgeous golf views, and access to the spacious deck.
The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a television, deck access, and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The second bedroom is perfect for kids as it includes two twin-sized beds, a television, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
With views of the Turtle Point Golf Course, the deck is yet another amazing place to lounge or enjoy a meal al fresco.
The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Perfect spot for a long weekend! Quick walk to the beach and beautiful views of the golf course. The whole unit was very clean and had everything you need in it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was well appointed and comfortably stocked with all the necessities. Location was a quick bike to the beach. Easily walkable as well.

Accommodations were wonderful. The view of the golf course was fun. Short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware.
