About this apartment rental
Condo unit 302 is a third-floor penthouse condo featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful beach views from the living area as well as the master bedroom (which is on the 2nd story of this unit!) - both areas have private patios with easy access to our private beach. This large, spacious unit gives lots of space and privacy for larger families enjoying a beachfront vacation together. The master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and master balcony are on the 2nd floor while the 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the first floor of this top-floor unit. It's truly a remarkable Traverse City unit!

Great experience. We've stayed there several times and have been very pleased each time. There was an issue with the upstairs toilet that was resolved the same day we reported it.

Property staff were attentive, helpful, welcoming. The view was beautiful. Location is exactly what we needed for the reason we were in the area. The interior was acceptable. We find like many other establishments in the area, the interior is very dated and worn. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and difficult to unwind and relax on. Most of the fabric coverings on the chairs are soiled and stained. We found a used napkin and empcandy wrapper on the shelf near the TV. With a few updates or adjustments this would be an amazing property to stay at again.
