Incredible ocean front property in private gated Ocean Reef community just steps to the beach with your own private access! Second (top) floor with priceless views!
Enjoy both the ocean and the sound from two decks this unit has to offer! Take in the incredible sunrises and sunsets from your own oversized oceanfront deck. Private beach access is just steps away. Very own private outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy watching the sound from the deck on the front entrance where the unit has close access to the private pool of Ocean Reef with tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard too!
The unit has recently been renovated for all your costal vibe pleasures. Enjoy watching the 55" TV with your friends and family with the glow of a new electric fireplace, or enjoy the floor to ceiling views of the ocean. Or do both!
The master bedroom features a king bed, 43" TV and 2 nightstands complete with built in usb chargers and electrical outlets on the base of the costal lamps and two oversized closets. The master bathroom has an oversized walk in shower with two shower heads and a soaking tub for a great night of relaxation. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean or wake up to the incredible sunrise right from your own bed!
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin size bunk bed, 6 drawer dresser and closet. This bedroom also features black out curtains for the perfect night sleep.
Kitchen is stocked for making meals and includes granite countertops with a raised island for seating with bar stools. Sit and enjoy your meals in the dinning area while watching the views of the ocean.
Also included: New in 2023 a full size washer and dryer, new central heat and air conditioner in 2023, two cable Smart TVs, electric fireplace, free WIFI, a Keurig, electric stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and and freezer with ice maker.
This unit is rented weekly Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. Please be respectful of these times for cleaning purposes.
Outdoor parking available for two cars in front of the A2 garage door located at 2511 Ocean Drive, Building 6, Unit A2.
We provide linens for all beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and washcloths and trash bags. We do not provide beach towels, paper products or personal items.
Refundable security deposit required ($500). This is in addition to rental rate and does not apply to rental rate. The security deposit is refundable after approved inspection with no damage, theft or fines to the property.
THE FOLLOWING HOA RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES CAN BE ENFORCED WITH FINES AND/OR EVICTION:
NO OVERNIGHT RV PARKING
NO PETS OF ANY KIND
NO FIRES ON THE BEACH
NO GRILLING WITHIN 30 FEET OF THE BUILDING
NO HANAING ANY ITEMS ON THE DECK OR PORCH RAILINGS

We absolutely loved this vacation rental!! We truly couldn't come up with one negative comment. It was very fresh and clean, very comfortable and was equipped with everything you need. We felt like we were at a friend's house, not a rental unit. You can not get any closer to the beach. But, if you want to avoid the sand, you can still enjoy the sun, sound of waves and gorgeous views from the back deck. If it's too sunny, use the front deck! And enjoy the pool directly across the street. This place was truly amazing and we will definitely be returning!

This stay felt like living at the beach, not just vacationing. It was so private and convenient. I could sneak down to the beach in the early mornings and be back quickly enough that my family didn’t know I was gone. No hassle at all to run into the condo for snacks or potty breaks. Hosts were helpful and patient when I had questions. Pool doesn’t open for season until May 15th which was disappointing for my kids but other than that, I have ZERO negative things to say. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for what we wanted! Clean, updated, well stocked. Loved the decks, natural light, ease of beach access, privacy of units in the gated development. Well done. TT
