So very cute and the people are so nice. Our water did not get so warm although it was fine because we were always coming hot from the beach. Walls are thin so we heard dogs and motorcycles. There’s a rooftop that is lovely! Very thankful for the AC to keep us comfortable during sleep.

The pictures of the room are 20 years old. The mattress and sheets are at least 20 years old as well. The description says continental breakfast is available, doesn't mean free (although it's only 5). Those are the deceptive aspects of the listing. Google told me that Terraza Art Villa was a villa side of this hotel complex. I don't think that's true. This is just a small local hotel. However, the staff are friendly and you would be supporting local people as opposed to some corporation. I do not believe most Americans would be satisfied.
