A small kitchenette is available, the apartement has a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom has been renovated and has a shower. The apartement offers WiFi and satellite TV. The apartement has a laminate floor. There is a parking space in front of the house. In about 5 minuteswalk to the Corviglia/Marguns cable car and 10 minutes walk to the village, bus or ice rink center da Sport. It is a four family house. The house is on a cul-de-sac, Via Val Runchetta 7, in a very quiet residential area.
The laundry room in the basement can be used with a coin-operated machine. Pets are welcome in this home. In the stairwell on the upper floor there is a cleainig cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, Broom and cleaning utensils for shared use.
Other leisure facilities: Downhill scooters Marguns: Signposted downhill track for downhill scooters Marguns-Celerina. Rent including helmet directly at the mountain station Marguns.
