Please note no more than 14 people are allowed at this property at any time during your stay. Even if they are not staying for the evening. Further, no pets are allowed at any time on the property. Please note that if you violate the above your booking is forfeited.
Please note that Henry's lake is not a swimming lake and there are no direct water access at the property to the lake. If you assume that you can directly walk by the lake then you may not want to book our property. This is a mountain lake at 7000 feet. Thank you and we are excited to host you!
This house can ONLY accommodate SMALL trailers.
Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.
An outside contract will be sent to you that you will be asked to agree to. Thanks.

Location was decent, views are pretty, the pictures are outdated as it was much older then we excepted. We didn’t really get to enjoy the patio because it was old and needed work. The table on the patio had no top and chairs had no cushions. The cushions were in the garage but dirty. Would have been nice if all that was taken care of for us. The 4th bedroom is really not a 4th bedroom. It’s a storage room with beds and separated by a shower curtain to the utility space. It was a scary space for the kids and nobody wanted to stay in the room.
