About this house rental
Modern and comfy 4 bedroom can fit 11 guests! 3 blocks from the beach. Spacious 2 car garage and a laundry room, equipped with an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, and laundry tub. The downstairs room has a bathroom and walk in shower. There is a sitting area that accompanies the marble counter top kitchen. This is the smallest of the three kitchens! There is a backyard with water access.
Two bedrooms are on the second floor: each room has a queen and a twin bed, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower; the other with a full bathroom with shower and tub. This floor has an open kitchen with modern appliances, a pot filler, and an island with a breakfast bar. A dining table and a sofa are in the living areas next to the 65" TV.
Up on the third floor, behind the barn door, is another top notch kitchen with an enclosed barbecue, a table, and chairs next to the 45" TV. There is a full master suite on that floor with a king size bed, a twin bed, and a double sink bathroom with a tub and a separate walk in shower. This floor has a balcony with a gas barbecue, table, and chairs.
On the rooftop terrace you can enjoy the view of the whole city while having a drink in the outdoor seating area.
The house is walking distance to Gaido’s Seafood Restaurant, Nick’s Kitchen and Beach Bar, and Joe’s Crab Shack; a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to The Spot and to Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop; and a 5 minute drive to the Historic Pleasure Pier.

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, and the home was clean, spacious and well laid out. The host was super responsive and provided detailed instructions, which were really helpful. However, one small issue: the instructions didn’t mention that a specific door shouldn’t be locked, as there was no key to open it. Also, the beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable as we’d hoped. Despite these minor issues, it was a solid stay, and we’d consider returning!

We stayed for 5 days. There was so much space for all 3 families. So nice to have so many bathrooms and extra kitchens. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach or to grab some food.
