We really enjoyed our stay for our small reunion with friends and their kids. Love that there was a large table for group dinners. Set up of the house was nice too since there is one bedroom upstairs that is a bit more private if needed. Walking distance to the beach and good takeout/delivery near by!

Great location. We loved walking to the beach and the short drive to hiking and biking trailheads.
Fourteen of us squeezed into this home. There were enough beds and bedrooms but not enough dishes and silverware. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms and the hand soap bottles were almost all empty. Each guest was allowed one bath towel to use/reuse for three nights, so if you need a hair towel, bring your own.
Every bed had a bottom sheet but no top sheet, just the duvet cover.
If you stay in the summer, bring fans. The house does not have a/c and airflow is pretty limited. We expected the temperature inside the home to drop when the outside temperature dropped, but the house stayed warm.
The check-out instructions require guests to clean, dry and put away all of the dishes, not the typical start-the-dishwasher-before-you-go instructions, so leave lots of time on the morning you check out to get the kitchen ready for the next guests.

There were adequate bedrooms and baths for our group of 5 adults and 8 kids. Everything was clean. It was within walking distance of the beach. Small glitch at check in which was resolved. Also would recommend the host stock more garbage bags, some basic cooking items (spices, etc.). My family brought in a professional chef to cook a special birthday dinner...he brought everything he needed. Thanks...would love to go back some time!!!
