Come enjoy these charming chalets—starting at €75 per night per room—featuring fine, natural materials, a blend of wood (spruce, larch, and reclaimed wood) and Luserne stone. They enjoy an exceptional location on the heights of Vars, within a new complex of high-end chalets, offering breathtaking views of the Peynier and Paneyron mountains.

The description of each chalet is as follows: a total area of 220 m² spread over three levels, featuring a locked double garage and an outdoor parking space, as well as a ski room equipped with heated racks. A spacious “ SAS ” where you can leave your jackets and boots before enjoying the warmth of the heated floors or a cozy fire in the fireplace after a day of skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing.
Comprising 4 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms, 4 of which feature 160×200 double beds (including two master suites with their own shower rooms and separate toilets), one with two 90×200 bunk beds, and a third shower room with a separate toilet.
The top floor, featuring cathedral-style ceilings, is entirely dedicated to an open-concept living area spanning approximately 70 m² with a breathtaking view of Peynier and the Paneyron. This floor is divided into three distinct spaces (living room, dining-kitchen area, kitchen) with no partitions, allowing for an unobstructed view of the entire room:

- The living room features a large sofa, ottomans, and armchairs that can be arranged in various ways depending on your preferences and the occasion (relaxing, aperitifs, games, etc.), along with a large wall-mounted TV.

- The living room features a large 200×200 solid wood square table that can accommodate all guests for cozy meals with family and/or friends.

- The open-concept kitchen features a convenient high table where you can enjoy breakfast before hitting the slopes or prepare a snack for the kids...

Depending on the chalet you choose—either a 360° rotating stove for the TETRAS or a double-sided fireplace insert for the TETRAS II—you’ll be able to enjoy a beautiful fire no matter where you decide to relax.
