This is a cozy, welcoming MIL suite with a separate entry and renovated bathroom, new floor, new windows, and newly installed separate heaters. Easy access to I-5 (5 min) and Lake Washington & Burke Gilman Trail within a walking distance. There's a bus stop right in front of the house, too.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the stream out back. I was close to I-5 and the people I was visiting.

We basically just needed a place to sleep and get ready for the day the next morning. Nice quiet location, clean, no frills with a comfortable bed. This place worked well for our needs. Thank you to our host who was very personable and helpful.

The host was really responsive with any questions that we had. The place was decent, but didn’t feel very clean. The mini fridge had a pool of water underneath it upon arrival, and while cleaning it up we found a giant spider on the counter. We figured it was just the one, and went about our vacation. In total, we had to kill 5 LARGE spiders. I think this place would be fine if you were staying for a night, maybe two. It has a really pretty view, but unfortunately the room with the nice view is where we kept finding spiders. It could be really nice if it was updated a bit more, and cracks were filled in to avoid bugs everywhere.
