The cottage's garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while the kids play in the garden. The house is energy efficient with a heat pump, which means lower consumption.The holiday home is bright and inviting and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with German channels, international channels, and Danish TV, including TV2. Partially renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen including a ceramic stove, range hood, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.Bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. There are two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The last sleeping space is on the sofa in the living room.The house has both an open and covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area.The house also has a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages and marshmallows or baking bread on a stick.Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
