This beautiful waterfront home is perfect for the traveler looking for a little zen and relaxation. The backyard features a large private waterfront view that is visible from the moment you step inside the home. Enjoy a private dock to watch the sunrise, go fishing, or launch our kayaks from.

Large open concept home with a view directly to the water from the living room and dining room areas. Outdoor screened in patio to enjoy. Three large bedrooms with king sized beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals.

Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom and fast WiFi to connect with Netflix and Hulu.

Full size washer and dryer on site for guests to use at no extra charge.

Lush backyard with private dock, BBQ, and kayaks to really take advantage of the amazing views.

A valid government photo identification of the guest that booked the reservation must be sent to the host prior to check in and must match the name and photo listed on the reservation. This is to comply with city requirements and access to the home will not be granted without it.


Host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for all guests staying at any time before and during the reservation. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave with no refund.


Booking guests must be present on site the entire stay. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of someone else. If the booking guest is not present the rest of the group will be asked to leave with no refund.


The booking guest must be 25 years or older.


Guests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in.




***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
The following house rules are city mandated vacation rental regulations and violation of any of the following will result in immediate cancellation of guest booking with NO REFUND. Please be sure to read through them thoroughly as they are all strictly enforced by city code compliance and monitored via outdoor security cameras. There will be no exceptions made for any violations of the following rules.


No more than 6 guests may sleep onsite and no more than three visitors allowed at a time (total 9 onsite at any given time). Additionally, no visitors allowed after 10 pm.


No more than two cars can be parked on site at any time and all cars must be parked in the driveway as grass and street parking are strictly prohibited.


No loud music or noise after 10pm.


Please be advised that the number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund.


No smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee.


Any destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee.


Please be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. We appreciate your understanding

Our host was very communicative and checked in before, during, and after our visit to insure everything was satisfactory - much appreciated! The home itself is very nice, perfectly located, sits on a nice canal, and comes furnished with everything you need for your stay. We cooked a few meals while we were there and had everything we needed, including a grill for steaks! We were very happy with the house and our host!

We loved everything about our stay here. Perfect location for walking to bars and restaurants and great neighborhood. Three comfy king size beds and the house was newly renovated and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for checking in and providing such helpful details.

Vanessa and Sean have a beautiful property. They were quick to respond to any questions. The house was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and it was great having the canal in the backyard. The kayaks were fun to use also. I highly recommend this property.
