About this house rental

This 100 year old home has been fully renovated with every modern amenity you may think of while retaining beautiful portions of the original wood ceiling and walls. This beauty is located in the heart of Dallas, 10 minute walk to the Bishop Arts District, 5 minute drive to the Dallas Zoo and 10 minutes to Downtown Dallas. Our home if perfect for families, business travelers, groups, and is available for corporate housing. There is plenty of street and driveway parking. We do not allow parties so if you expect more guests than you’re putting in the reservation, please confirm up front.

Everything was better than advertised. The house was super clean, very nice and the location was perfect for what we were looking for!

Clean house in a cute neighborhood close to most things in the Dallas area. Check in and out was easy, parking was a breeze. There was plenty of room for 4 adults in the 3 bedrooms. Only thing to note was the road noise can be quite loud because of the proximity of the neighborhood to the highway. Overall a great property and value!

Couches and my bed were comfy. The drinking water was questionable so we bought bottled water. I enjoyed the Stella Rosa! We did not like our encounter with a huge roach in the large bathroom, on the counter.
