Cozy Twin Pines Apartment-Great Falls

This quiet 2-bedroom apartment is in the centrally located Twin Pines apartment complex. Private parking with storage. Large bedrooms: Tempur-pedic King size bed in main bedroom and one, twin bed in the second bedroom. Full kitchen and living room with 55" smart TV. Central Heat and Air. Please note that this is a quiet residential space and is not suitable for parties.

Our home offers a 2-bedroom, well appointed home within the 14-unit Twin Pines apartment complex. You have access to a private parking spot for your ease and most of the comforts of home at your disposal. The home includes a king size bed in the master and a twin size bed in the guest room. Please note that the apartment is on the ground floor and you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around.

Guests will have access to their private unit, private parking spot.

You will have access to one private-parking space. There is usually plenty of on-street parking available if you are traveling with more than one vehicle. The apartment complex is just off of 10th Ave S, which is the primary street running through Great Falls.
-No loud noises after 10pm. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
-Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-No parties or events.
-There is no smoking in the apartment or on the premises.
-There is one designated parking spot on the premises for your convenience. If you have more vehicles, they will need to be parked on the street.
Feel free to contact me 8am-7pm, Monday-Saturday. Our family tries to turn phones off for 24 hours each week between Saturday-Sunday night.
