In the commune of Oletta, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 70 m² flat for rent, just one kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two beautiful 13 m² bedrooms, a shower room and a 160 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather within an enclosed garden of around 160 m².
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Oletta, in a very pleasant setting in a quiet residence, 3 km from the centre of Saint Florent. All the essential shops are nearby.
