Excellent location in the heart of Notting Hill. Short walk to multiple tube stops, the High street and Portobello Market. Flat is well appointed and comfortable. Bed is a queen, not a king, but everything else was as expected and pictures are totally representative of the flat. Unit has been recently updated and was great. Building is quiet. Paul was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. We stayed for nearly two weeks and were very comfortable. Can’t go wrong staying here.

This was the second time we've stayed here, the first time for a week and this time for a month. It's a great location. We now consider the Notting Hill area to be our home away from home, and this flat is a great home base. We hope to be staying here again!

Paul’s flat was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. I use a walking frame and the small lift in the building worked out perfectly. My husband and I stayed at the flat for five days between Christmas and New Year’s. I was worried about being cold, but the flat was warm and cozy. It was our first time visiting the UK and we adored Notting Hill. Public transportation was easily accessible and there were multiple options within a short walk away. We did all the typical touristy things. I would highly recommend Paul’s flat to anyone visiting Notting Hill and the London area!!
