28 m² accommodation in a quiet residence, on the first floor with elevator. The accommodation includes two balconies facing South-East, near the Usclade park. The accommodation is located 100 meters from the city center and 50 meters from the Thermal Baths. A kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a top refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, ... open to the main room which includes a table, chairs, a flat screen TV, two 90 cm beds and a comfortable armchair. A storage cupboard in the entrance. A bathroom with a shower with a grab bar, a sink, a tumble dryer and a toilet. Wifi in the accommodation. Laundromat in the Residence. PETS ACCEPTED. A travel cot for babies can be made available on request within the limit of our stock. Mandatory tax in addition: Tourist tax and Animal tax (2€/day/animal)
