Accommodation:
This studio in the heart of Reims is very pleasant, as it opens onto a private terrace and a lovely shared garden belonging to the residence. This residence is the result of the renovation of a historic Champagne house. The building is listed for its architectural significance.
In the main room, you’ll find a sofa bed; a TV with an Orange set-top box that includes streaming apps; a dining table with 4 chairs;
; a Bluetooth-enabled speaker; and a walk-in closet with a wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board. The main room opens directly onto the outdoor area.
The kitchen, separate from the main room, is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stovetop with range hood, oven, microwave, a Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.
The separate bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. You’ll also find a hair dryer and an electric towel warmer.
Guest access
On the first floor, you can enjoy the terrace and the residence’s grounds.
Additional notes
Several parking options are available:
1) Street parking—paid from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. It costs €2 per hour. Easy with the EasyPark app
2) There are free parking streets nearby, a 5-minute walk away. The list is in the “Petit carnet vert” at the apartment.
3) A parking space in a locked and secure garage one street away from the apartment. The price is €20 per night. Subject to availability; must be reserved when booking the accommodation.
