Linens and towels are thin and shabby. Same with sheets. In the master, there were two bottom sheets. The bottom sheet was stained with a brown/rust spot. The linens were also very heavily fragranced from the laundry detergent which was problematic for my asthma. We ended up purchasing our own sheets, towels, and blankets. Master furniture had not been dusted in awhile. Faucets in showers are switched-hot is cold and cold is hot. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. Dead bugs under the beds and furniture. Had to ask twice for instructions for check out. None are included in the “welcome package” which we had to request also. The property has lots of potential, but needs work on cleaning, information, and direction s. I would suggest some labeling on drawers, faucets, and lights. Higher quality bed linens and towels. Replace plastic table cloth and place mats. Would not stay there again.
