Completely renovated in the summer of 2022 (parquet flooring, furniture, new appliances). Can accommodate up to 4 people with an excellent level of comfort. Large living room with open kitchen. Quality bedding, also new.

Sleeping: one 140 cm bed in one bedroom, two 90 cm single beds in the other. New bedding (purchase in 2022).

A private outdoor parking space within the residence is reserved for the occupants. Storage space for bicycles in the residence.

You will benefit from a personalized and competent welcome in a clean, functional and comfortable apartment, because I very regularly monitor the condition of the goods I put at your disposal. If you wish, you can't bother with the household linen (bed linen, towels and dish towels) that I can put at your disposal.

The person who will welcome you on site and I will remain at your disposal 7 days a week during your stay.

Enjoy an exceptional location, less than 100 m from a 2.5 km long sandy beach...

Opposite the residence, the cove of Godechaud, its beach and its dune welcome families in a natural and well-equipped setting. Summer sports and cultural activities are a delight for holidaymakers, 4 km from the Port des Minimes and less than 7 km from the downtown of La Rochelle.

It is also a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers, which have their channel reserved. But perhaps you will prefer the more confidential beach of Angoulins and its sailing club? Or Châtellaillon-plage (9 km away), a seaside resort with 1500 1900-type villas, its lively seafront and its thalassotherapy? As for the Ile de Ré, it is about 30 minutes from the residence...

The Aytré-plage district, very quiet, is exclusively residential. First local shops 700 m away, large multi-brand shopping area 3 km away. Not to be missed in the surrounding area, the markets of La Rochelle and Châtellailon-plage...

In the immediate vicinity of the residence (250 m or less), you will find: beach, windsurfing and kitesurfing spot, tennis courts, cycle path (Vélodyssée course), swin-golf area, picnic areas, public transportation (bus line, TER), numerous parking spaces.
