When submitting a reservation request, please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for our response. We will respond back to you immediately. We do require that our guests openly communicate with us as we do our best to provide top notch host-guest communications.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES
The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Host with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Host with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The Main renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at White Sands 30A. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. White Sands 30A is a family oriented property.
No animals are permitted in the home in order to prevent damage and protect guests with severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family’s annual beach vacation! We traveled with our young children and the grandparents, so the room setups were exactly what we needed. From the moment we checked in, everything was beyond clean (I’m definitely one to notice and get grossed out by unclean rentals) and exactly as pictured in the booking description. Their home had everything you could need for prepping/bringing food to the beach, beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and of course the golf cart (huge hit for the kids when we would go to the beach or out to eat). The community pool was not far away, and we enjoyed our time spent between there and the beach. At this time of year, the ocean was pretty chilly so the kids enjoyed having the heated pool to swim in. We did wish that there was a beach umbrella (we didn’t want to deal with the beach tent), some streaming services would have been nice to have on the TVs (you needed to login to your own in order to use), and the beds were a bit uncomfortable for both couples as we struggled to sleep at night (could be user preference, we felt like we were sinking into the beds). But overall, it was an AMAZING home and absolutely perfect for our vacation. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, getting back to us quickly via text with some things we needed help on. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Beautiful accommodations and fantastic location! We enjoyed the pool, beach walks, local restaurants and shops as much as we enjoyed staying in and cooking some good ole meals in the well appointed kitchen. Eric and Aleisia were so helpful and communicative. Fun family vacation 2025!
