NO 3RD PARTY BOOKINGS PERMITTED The MAIN renter MUST be staying at the house with their party for the duration of the stay.
When submitting a reservation request, please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for our response. We will respond back to you immediately. We do require that our guests openly communicate with us as we do our best to provide top notch host-guest communications.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES
The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Host with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Host with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The Main renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at White Sands 30A. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. White Sands 30A is a family oriented property.
No animals are permitted in the home in order to prevent damage and protect guests with severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

Excellent communication from host! The home was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the location. We love Seaside as well as Rosemary beach and this location is between the two areas. Big Chill is perfect for late night entertainment, cocktails and ice cream is a must!Also grabbing coffee each morning at the Big Chill was convenient!The LSV and bikes are a must for transportation while at the beach. This property provided both.

The property was great. Just as described and very nice. Has all the kitchen essentials and a lot of extra stuff to make your trips to the beach much easier and enjoyable. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved the area and our host! The condo was perfect distance to shops, dining, and the beaches.The communication was incredible, quick, and so helpful.We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

Very nice spot. Our family really enjoyed the property, including the pool. Was quite nice to have the golf cart and bikes available - those were big hits ! Unit was very clean and well laid out. Will definitely go back.
