About this house rental
We invite you to share our country life for the duration of your stay.
Stay in a house in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature*.
The vacation rental is located in the town of Montaigut-le-Blanc, in the hamlet of Saint-Julien. You’ll be just 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resorts, where you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
*10 minutes from the A75 highway exit (Exit 6 Champeix)
This cottage is designed for 6 people, but if you’re looking for more space, you can rent the cottage right next door, which sleeps 15. You’ll find it listed as “Gîte aux portes du Sancy.”
The property:
Cottage located in a small, quiet hamlet in the town of Montaigut-le-Blanc.
You’ll be 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Puy-de-Dôme and Vulcania.
Just 15 minutes away, you can walk around Lake Pavin or go swimming at Lake Chambon, and you’ll be 25 minutes from the Super Besse ski resort.
You’ll find all the amenities you need within 2 km: an Intermarché, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bakery, and more.
The house features modern decor, spacious, light-filled rooms, and a large living area.
You can also relax in the enclosed garden.
On the first floor, you’ll find a dining room, a kitchen, a living room, and a restroom.
You’ll have access to the garden to enjoy sunny days. You’ll also have a terrace for outdoor dining, and we provide a charcoal grill.
Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom (with its own bathroom and toilet), a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds.
You’ll also find a second bathroom and another toilet.
Children are welcome, and we provide all the necessary equipment (a travel crib, changing table, high chair, potty, and toilet seat reducer).
Sheet and towel rental:
- for a double bed: 18 €
- for a single bed: 10 €
Sheets and towels will only be placed on the beds.
The beds will not be made.
PLEASE NOTE: The cottage must be returned in the same clean condition as you found it; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

You will have a parking space in front of the house for unloading.
Other vehicles must be parked in the village (a two-minute walk from the cottage).
