Laketown Wharf 1037 has been decorated extremely tastefully to provide a great experience for you and your family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and ensuite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and updated furniture for the ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq. ft and it is located on the best floor- 10th. Right across the 10th level you will find one of the best pools in the complex, hidden away and extremely close, so no elevators are needed to access it. You will love getting to watch the Vegas-style fountain show every night from the privacy of your own balcony!

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $78.17 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. This fee is paid directly to the HOA through their online portal, and the link will be emailed to you once registration is confirmed. Guests are required to pre-register with the names and ages of all guests, as well as the make and model of any vehicles, prior to check-in. Parking passes can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in, while wristbands will be provided inside the unit for guest use. Please ensure all wristbands are left in the unit upon checkout, as a $50 fee will be charged for each missing wristband.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We had a very good time!! The condo was clean and up to date. I was disappointed that we didn’t have any hand towels to bath with. So to wal-mart we went. After getting in so late I was not looking forward to go to store just to take a shower. One of the elevators was out of service so the wait time was long. We took the stairs a lot but we got tired since we were on the 10th floor. Other than that we will return next year. I will only stay between the 1st and 5th floor just in case the elevators are out again.
