For you, a magnificent luxury T3 villa (100m2), with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a swimming pool to relax, a beautiful exotic wood terrace of 50m2 for idleness and sunbathing in complete privacy, an outdoor shower, a tropical garden where birds mulch, a BBQ for convivial evenings...
Also at your exclusive disposal: high-speed WIFI Internet, comfortable bedding, silent air conditioners and mosquito nets for peaceful nights, washing machine/dryer (to travel light), complete HIFI equipment, fully equipped kitchen, parking, baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, etc.).

The decoration is refined and authentic (knick-knacks by Caribbean artists). During the day, you will have magnificent living spaces: "open space" living room, dining room and living room on the terrace, semi-open kitchen with serving bar. At night, you will enjoy beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (queen size bedding 160x200 for great comfort and large dressing room) and modern bathrooms. Your villa is nestled in a quiet, secure and green site, far from the tourist hustle and bustle. Located on the heights of Petit-Bourg, in the center of the island, it will allow you to quickly radiate everywhere in Guadeloupe. Among the sites and activities near your villa (within a radius of 30 km): the Cascade aux Ecrevisses (19 mins), the Mamelles Zoological Park (26 mins), the Roseau beach (15 mins), the Saut de la Lézarde (17 mins), the Carbet Falls (35 mins), the Longueteau Distillery, the Jardin de Valombreuse... If you are a nature lover, you will be delighted by Petit-Bourg and its surroundings!

Less than 10 minutes away is the Collin's Shopping Center (Carrefour Market, SUPER U, PICARD...) and 3 minutes away the "Jaden Peyi Tibou" agricultural market (super authentic, not to be missed!).
The main road of the island (RN1) is 3 minutes from your villa. The airport is just 20 minutes away (very convenient when you arrive in Guadeloupe, after long hours of travel!). If you are planning to discover the island... consider renting a car! You can park it in the private parking lot of your villa (2 spaces).

OUR RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING AT THE END OF YOUR STAY. You can therefore - at your choice - do it yourself or pay us before leaving (100€).
A DEPOSIT is due on arrival: 1000€ (check in euros, not cashed and returned on departure).

We spent a week at Kaz Tibou in mid-February 2017, and as found the villa to be even better than it seemed on this site. The other glowing reviews are accurate - it is very well appointed, stylish, close to amenities, hikes and sightseeing in the Guadeloupe National Park (go north on the N1, then west on D23), and the beaches aren't that far of a drive away (we enjoyed the two main ones at Deshaies the most). The villa has pretty much all the creature comforts you might want - a very well set-up modern kitchen, two air conditioned bedrooms, a walk-out terrace that holds the dinner table, lounge chairs, jacuzzi and shower, and leads out to a gorgeous tropical yard. The living room is very nice, with couch, TV, stereo (though the weather was excellent, so we didn't use it much). The location, in the low hills on the outskirts of Petit Bourg, is pretty central, and most of Basse-Terre and a fair amount of Grande-Terre are reasonably close.
Isabelle and Sylvain are excellent hosts - very welcoming, full of information, available to answer questions, and with ideas about things to do. We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday, and they helped us out with a very nice dinner and dessert. They have a small binder with a lot of information about the villa and the island, and this was really well done.
It helps a lot if you can read and speak French, but Isabelle and Sylvain are very welcoming (the binder is in French and English), and there is a general friendliness and openness on the island. We saw people who spoke very little French managing their way around just fine, and they treated in a welcoming manner at a number of spots on the island.

What a wonderful 10 days we had staying at the delightful "Kaz ti Punch" villa in Petit Bourg, Guadeloupe.
The hosts welcomed us on our arrival with delicious food and made us feel very welcome.
The villa was spacious, beautifully furnished and clean and we would highly recommend it to future clients.
We will definitely rent it again next year if the tennis tournament takes place in Petit Bourg again.
