Description: The Mill: (3 apartments in an old motor mill)
This house is like an oasis in the heart of the island of Rügen. Formerly used as a motor mill, the building was lovingly renovated from the ground up—partly restored and partly rebuilt. The rooms are generously sized. The existing stud framing was either incorporated into the interior design or lovingly rebuilt. Large windows allow daylight to flood in unobstructed. “The Mill” is situated in a secluded location, not far from the village of Samtens. Surrounded by fields, you’ll live here in the midst of nature.
The apartments are located on the first floor and first floor of the mill and offer space ranging from approximately 34 to over 90 square meters for 2 to 6 people. All apartments have been designed with great attention to detail and with the needs of our potential guests in mind, and are regularly upgraded. The friendly and inviting furnishings make even a longer stay a pleasant experience.
A stunningly beautiful maisonette-style apartment for up to 6 people—the Maisonette Apartment is located in the mill’s former industrial area and spans over 90 square meters across two levels. The living and kitchen area is on the first level, and the bedrooms, with access to the shower room, are on the second level. The cozy, open, and modern design of the rooms, combined with high-quality furnishings, ensures a stay without compromise.
