We enjoyed the home. We had 16 people staying in the home. Everything was great except we had to stagger showers so everyone had hot water. I contacted villatel to make sure there wasn’t a problem. They said everything was fine. If you have a large group of people beware of hot water tank limits.

Our property was exactly as advertised and the accommodations were perfect. Nice rooms, plenty of (comfy) beds, and very very clean space. We had a house size of 13 and there was space for everyone to hang out. The movie theater room was perfect for us to re-watch our softball games from the day before ) Communication with the host was top notch. Thank you for having us!

We had four generations staying together! The house was fantastic and offered everything we needed. Access to both the beach and intercoastal water way was easy and added all the entertainment we needed. This is an outstanding location and made it easy to get around the space coast!
