Apartamentos Day Madrid welcomes you to this charming apartment located in an unbeatable area, just a few minutes from Gran Vía, right in the heart of Madrid. Surrounded by cinemas, theatres, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy Madrid to the fullest.

Practical and functional 45 m² street-facing apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
It is located on the first floor, and the building does not have a lift.
The apartment features one spacious bedroom with plenty of natural light, equipped with a 1.35 m double bed made up with bed linen, split air conditioning (hot/cold), a television, a safe, and storage space for your belongings.
In addition, the accommodation has a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room.
You will find a modern bathroom with a hydromassage shower, shower gel, and a hairdryer. For greater comfort and hygiene, we have installed an electric hand dryer instead of a hand towel.
One bath towel per guest is provided and can be found on the beds.
Hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; please use it responsibly to ensure proper operation.
The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people, and the usual kitchen utensils. A portable drying rack and an iron are provided for use with the washing machine.
There is a dining area for 4 people.
The accommodation has everything you need so you don’t have to worry about a thing, all the comfort you need to feel at home!

The pictures of the apartment are true to what you see. It needs an update. There was a jack hammer that started at midnight and reported it to mgmt. I was told to call the police and a neighbor already did. It usually doesn’t happen in the building I was told. The shower is really small and you have to be careful how you move or the water can get real hot. The linens need to be upgraded. The location is excellent there is a gym 2 doors down. The coffee shop LH is excellent with the best cappuccino and croissants. It’s a busy street and a little noisy till 2AM.
