Welcome to The Black Pearl! Enjoy your stay in our fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Tech Terrace. This home has a king size bed in the master suite and queen size beds in the second and third bedrooms. There are smart tv's in each of the bedrooms as well as a 65 inch smart television in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your morning coffee at the coffee bar.
Tech Terrace is a wonderful area full of tree lined streets and old homes with tons of character. There is a shopping center within walking distance that has coffee shops, a brewery, a couple restaurants and a small grocery store.

The house is very nice and was perfect for our needs. We were so happy to be close to Covenant Medical Center which was why we were in Lubbock. Lots of restaurants close by and the neighborhood felt very safe. Having the two bathrooms was a plus also. Overall a great stay! Great place!
