About this house rental
Welcome to what we call our Fleur de Lis in the Broadmoor area! This spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfy, stylish living room, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and huge backyard with a gazebo and large, beautiful oak tree! Come enjoy a quiet and peaceful neighborhood lush with huge trees and greenery. It's minutes away from many of Shreveport's finest restaurants, shopping, parks, casinos, colleges, museums, brewery, and aquarium!
If you come for a weekend visit and to relax, our place is quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood. Of course, you may rent for longer stays if you're in town to work or visiting family... Stays of 7 days or more can receive a 20% discount. We do charge $15 extra per stay for each additional number of guests over 4, but we don't have cleaning fees for any of our stays!
Keep in mind that you'll be staying in someone's home - NOT a Hotel. If you can't keep it clean, smoke free, and keep our linens clean plus care for everything else inside, then please don't rent from us.

Great house in a great location. The only issue was the dishwasher leaked on the left side.

Host was wonderful, even helped with restaurant recommendation's! House was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need! and even decorated for the holidays! We had a great visit! If we are ever in the area again we will def look for this propert!
