The bedrooms include a double and twin, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is ample off-road parking and a shared enclosed garden with barbecue and patio area. This property will accept two dogs however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are included in rent. Within 3 miles there is a shop and pub. Llain Fadarn is a wonderful base for exploring Gwynedd. Note: Equipment and rod license required to use fishing lake in grounds. Note: Shallow, unfenced pond in garden. Note: Please bring own towels and tea towels.

The pretty, coastal town of Nefyn, sitting atop sweeping cliffs, boasts two miles of golden sandy beaches together with a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach. Discover fabulous castles and coves, or enjoy excellent fishing, water sports and golf opportunities, all available nearby.
