The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a front lawn and a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. There is a wide variety of wildlife and marine life in and around the city, including red kites and dolphins that can occasionally be seen from the shore or on trips from the harbour. The city is located on the banks of the River Ness.
