All the staff we encountered could not be more helpful - offering advice on what to do around the lake, explaining ferry and bus timetables and always had a friendly smile.
The room was clean and comfortable - very good value for money.
The pool was perfect for what we needed it for - a quick dip to cool down after exploring the lake. There was never a scramble for sunbeds and always plenty of space, even when arriving in early/mid afternoon.
We hired bikes from the hotel which was an easy process and reasonable price (€15 per bike for one day).
The hotel was nice and quiet - set far enough back from the main road so you don't hear it but a 10/15minute walk to all the bars and restaurants in Bardolino.
A relaxing stay and great base for visiting Lake Garda.

The communication prior to arrival was superb! Excellent location with private parking on site, and beautiful views from the spacious balcony facing the lake. We were greeted with the coffee and prosecco, which were very appreciated especially after 4 hours drive. Everyone was exceptionally nice, professional, helpful and welcoming. Highly appreciated the coffee machine with coffee cups been brought to the room for individual use. Staff speaking excellent English was a huge plus. The hotel offered amazing breakfast with great variety of food, deserts and drinks. Wish we had more time to spend there.
The shower floor was slippery.
