The swimming pools and services when using them is very convenient and was a welcome addition to the stay. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely.
The location was a bit further away from Bardolino than I expected.

Convenient location to Bardolino town centre. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Very clean room with air-con, we opted a room with balcony which had great views over Lake Garda. Mini fridge stocked daily.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and option to have various eggs cooked to order.
Choice of two lovely pools with sun beds and towels if required. Bar & food service to pool side.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the room was immaculately clean. The hotels was quite full so it was a bonus having another swimming pool that we could use at Villa Charme. The breakfast had lots or choice and also we were able to order eggs or omelettes.
The bathroom was a little small but adequate.
