About this villa rental
Located in a quiet, rural neighborhood, come and recharge your batteries at our single-story family villa in the hills above Roquevaire.
Peace and quiet and plenty of outdoor space are the hallmarks of our property.
You’ll be just 5 minutes from the trailheads for numerous hikes in the Garlaban Massif. A guidebook is available in the library to help you choose your route.
The Accommodation:
Our single-story villa features 4 bedrooms, all equipped with a 160-cm queen-size bed, except for the master suite (which has a 180-cm king-size bed).
Please note that the fourth bedroom opens onto the living room (alcove).
The property has 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
The second bathroom (located in the master suite) is equipped with a shower.
The property also has 2 separate toilets.
Several areas for socializing and relaxing are available on the property, along with lounge chairs.
The large swimming pool is secured by an alarm and is heated.
A barbecue is available for your use in the summer. In winter, a closed-hearth fireplace will add a touch of warmth.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light and allow you to enjoy the scenery.
Games, toys, and a trampoline are available, as well as a crib and a high chair.
A laundry room is also available for guests to use. It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
