Voebroch is a stunning, detached holiday home rests in Kettleness near Lythe, North Yorkshire and can sleep 10 people in five bedrooms.
The living areas of the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing a range cooker with electric oven, hob and a microwave, a dining area seating 10 people with a Smart TV, a sitting area with woodburning stove, one utility with a fridge/freezer and wine cooler, and a second utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double with freestanding bath, a ground-floor double with TV, a ground-floor twin with en-suite wet room, and a double, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a back garden with furniture, an enclosed side courtyard, and private parking. Within 2.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.8 miles a pub, whilst the beach is 0.2 miles away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Voebroch welcomes a group of 10 to explore North Yorkshire's spectacular coast and North York Moors. Please note there is one step down into the ground-floor double with TV, please take care.
