Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room and a king-size along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and a balcony. Outside there is [type] parking and a lawn and patio garden with furniture and a hot tub. For a memorable break to the countryside, choose Lugg View.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Ben linen and towels inc. in rent. Garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture. Off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: Due to neighbouring properties, the hot tub cannot be used past 11pm each evening. Note: Communal BBQ area- There is a communal BBQ area in the shared green space with seating. There are BBQ utensils that are kept within the Bike storage area. Please provide your own 'self lighting' coal.
We ask that the BBQ is cleaned after use ready for the next visitor, and that old coals are disposed of in the Coal bucket located underneath the BBQ.
