Przestronny, przytulny, wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy. Dosc cichy. Blisko stacja metra Broche. Na rogu piekarnia i cukiernia, 200 metrow dalej włoska restauracja (jedzenie porządne, ceny jak wszedzie). Wg nas okolica bezpieczna, w dużej czesci zamieszkana przez ciemnoskórych Francuzów. W poblizu conajmniej 3 markety spożywcze, street food.
Kabina prysznicowa i umywalka zainstalowana w sypialni to był minus. Zapach stęchlizny w sypialni zapewne z uwagi na to, ze przy nieumiejętnym korzystaniu z prysznica woda dostaje sie pod drewniana podloge. Generalnie zapach stęchlizny jest obecny w całej kamienicy. Toaleta mala z drzwiami przesuwnymi wiec nie tłumią hałasu. To moze nie byc komfortowe dla wielu osob.

L’emplacement, la propreté, la décoration, les draps.
Nous avons moins aimé le couchage. Le lit principal dans la chambre est très mou. Nous avons eu un peu mal aux dos. Et le canapé lit n’est pas un vrai 2 places. On s’en ai accommodé pour les 3 nuits mais cela nous aurait posé problème pour 1 semaines.

Lokacija je odlična. Blizina metro stanice, kafića, picerije,pekare, marketa.
Komunikacija sa domaćinom. Nesporazum oko vremena ulaska i izlaska u aprtaman. Jedno vreme je pisalo na sajtu booking.com prilikom rezervacije a drugo kada sam dobio instrukcije za ulazak u aprtman.
