Lovely location with a great balcony

Apartment was perfect very comfy and modern, host was very helpful and kind! Also a great location.

The standard and overall presentation was 5 star from the time I walked in. Small things make a big difference like wine and other items left that just make you feel welcome. Very relaxing and in a quiet location but close to loads of restaurants & Bars at the same time. And far enough away from the crazy strip. I know Albuferia very well and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is extremely well equiped, one of the best aprtments I have stayed in for that, everything has been thought of , extra towels, cutlery, little extras you always forget, very well furnished and comfortable. Lots of information about the area, good wifi and smart tv so we could sign in to Netflix etc. Near to local bars and the strip. I can recommend the Cockrell for evening meals and also Portugal Rocks for breakfast, whilst the apartment is near the strip it is also near some more portuguese / local bars and restaurants that are nice and more sedate for those that dont want the full on experience of the strip. It was 4 euros in a bolt/uber to the old town. Massive Aldi across the road with all you need selling fresh bread every day. Olhos d Agua is also a nice place to visit - again 4 euros in a taxi. Perfect apartment with lots of space.

Unfortunately the Balcony whilst it was huge and extremely well furnished, it was just way too noisy near the roundabout and didnt have any full sun in the day time ( only early morning and late eve) , we were unable to use it which was a shame as we were looking forward to relaxing on the sun loungers. Pool area across a busy road and not as nice as some of the others on the complex. Very noisy creaky bed whilst matress ok and the bed is huge, the bed base probably needs looking at.
