We really liked the hosts, they welcomed us very hospitably, a parking space next to the house with a covered awning, a big plus for those who travel by car, the apartment itself, spacious, clean with comfortable furniture and a good kitchen, I really liked the comfortable bed. Soft, clean, bed linen, also in the kitchen. There were all the necessary accessories, there is a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, in which the hosts thoughtfully put us passable drinks in water, milk for the child, and also for the child there were small gifts in the form of cookies and Kinder surprises for Easter, our son was delighted with the gifts and the presence of a trampoline. In the yard there is a yard. I also really liked it, a green, beautiful, well-groomed view of the yard with the kitchen and from the living room on the terrace. There is also a swing and tables for pleasant breakfasts or dinners in the fresh air.

Fabulous!

Wonderful app., Very well equiped,super cozy and very,very clean! Spotless! Not noisy at all, even though we had really hot days,we used the AC only once,never at night,because it was super chill in the evening. The owners super nice,helpful,they even waited for us with cold water,juice,milk,wine and chocolate:) Very close from the beach and the city center.

This is a really brilliant place and i'd highly recommend for anyone visiting Umag!

Great communication and very helpful and flexible with our arrival time as we were delayed due to traffic! It was great to be able to chat over whatsapp and they were very organised.

Honestly nothing! This was such a comfortable and perfect stay, we were so happy with the place and there were such nice touches like leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. The fridge even had juices for breakfast which was so nice.

Kadenca is a cozy, clean ,spacious apartment also equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quiet place, away from town noise but walking distance to the beach. The owner welcome us with some goodies, thank you!

Určite odporúčam tento apartmán, more a pláže na okoli boli super. Neboli preplnené a voda teplá a čistá, pre deti ideál

Naozaj veľmi odporúčam tento apartmán, priestranný, čistý a voňavý. Apartmán mal naozaj všetko vybavenie. Od vybavenia kuchyne až po praáčku, uteráky, čistiace prostriedky. Naozaj nám nič nechýbalo. Cítili sme sa ako doma.

Nieje nič, čo sa nám nepáčilo.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Lage sehr schön mit Garten, wohlfühl Terrasse und Carport für's Fahrzeug. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und vertrauenswürdig. Kommen sicher wieder. Danke

Soggiorno piacevole

Appartamento ricavato in quello che in passato deve essere stato la zona autorimessa , ma pulito e ristrutturato da poco ottimizzando lo spazio . Buona la connessione Wi-Fi e Netflix gratuito . Abbiamo trovato con piacere biscotti , the ,caffè ,olio, acqua ed un succo . Animali ammessi . Ritorneremo volentieri

Breve piacevole soggiorno

L'appartamento studio è carinissimo , super pulito, dotato di molti accessori ( macchina caffè, moca, stoviglie nuove, ) il bagno spazioso con un'ampia doccia, tanti asciugamani e teli, aria condizionata, tv satellitare. Non manca nulla per una vacanza rilassante. Abbiamo trovato nel frigo acqua, latte. A disposizione selezione di the in bustina e caffè liofilizzato, e biscotti.

Non siamo riusciti a sintonizzare i canali italiani sulla TV, ma chiedendo un aiuto al proprietario penso sia una cosa che si risolva: noi non volevamo disturbare.

Kadenca za popoln oddih

Lokacija nastanitve je enkratna, v mirnem predelu, brez prometa, poleg travnikov, kar je za sprehode s psom idealno. Parkirišče ni na ulici, temveč urejeno ob nastanitvi in zasenčeno. Apartma je izjemno lepo urejen in opremljen, terasa ogromna, z udobnim vrtnim pohištvom. Na voljo so bile dodatne brisače, posteljnina, kuhinjske krpe, tudi kava, čaj, mleko, sladkor.... Gostitelja tudi na rezervne zobne ščetke nista pozabila. Dve pametni televiziji (če nam bi bil dolgčas 😄), pralni stroj s pralnim praškom in mehčalcem, skratka vse. Ob prihodu nas je pričakalo prijazno presenečenje:: piškoti, sok, dve veliki plastenki vode v hladilniku, krasna pozornost! Najbolj všeč pa nama je bila nevsiljiva prijaznost gostiteljev.

Super opremljeno - funkcionalno, čisto i mirno. Ispred ulaza imate svoj parking u dvorištu i privatnost. U studiu imate sve što je potrebno (kuhinja: cet, ulje, so, papir, lonci i tanjiri svih oblika; kupaonica: peškiri, tuš gel,...) Na stolu pored uputa i Wifi kode čekao nas je keks a u frizideru led, voda, sok i jogurt. Sva komunikacija je bila odlična i brza. Preporučujem.

Zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi lastniki. Darilo dobrodošlice ter hladilnik poln pijače, na voljo tudi več vrst kave Čisti prostori, urejena kopalnica, WiFi super, veliko kuhinjskih pripomočkov. Zelo velika in udobna terasa. Parkirišče pred apartmajem.
