This is a clean, modern, well laid out home with large open common space but also get away areas inside and outside for as large group gathering. As there are no other t homes within viewing distance, it provides privacy with a pole yard area for children and adults to play outside. The downstairs game room and the hot tub were a great plus.
The hosts respond quickly to any requests or questions.
There is no AC so on hot days and nights it could be a bit uncomfortable. The many ceiling and floor fans around the house can help. There is also no cell service in the entire area but some calls can be made using the house’s WiFi service.

This was the perfect home for our visit to the Black Hills. We enjoyed many fun activities nearby (Wall Drug, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, delicious pumpkin coffee in Custer!) but were happy to return each day to such a private, relaxing home in the woods. Our family enjoyed the fun basement area that is filled with toys and games! The hot tub was another highlight. The home is beautiful, clean and close to so many amazing things to see and do! It was a great place to come back to after exploring,
for some rest and relaxation. We loved our stay there and hope to return in the future.
