Spotless, truly central stay with swift, professional communication

We booked last-minute (unexpected windshield replacement meant a 1.5-day stop in Niš) and the hosts prepared everything impressively fast. The apartment was spotless and neatly arranged, exactly as described, and—true to its name—right in the heart of the city. It was pleasantly pre-cooled when we arrived, and communication was clear, timely, and courteous.

One thing to note (not the property’s fault): in the early morning, when city noise drops, the sound of aircraft taking off/landing becomes noticeable. It surprised us the first dawn, but otherwise our stay was excellent.

Amazing apartment, walking distance to the castle

The host was waiting for me outside of the building, which was really easy to find. She sent me links to where to park, and also helped me pay for parking. The location is amazing, we walked to the castle, maybe about 5 minutes. Apartment is super clean and comfy.

A great place to stay with a very helpful host.

A lovely apartment and a really excellent welcome by Jelena. She really helped us on our first night in Serbia. The apartment is huge and really comfortable. Jelena met us there and explained everything. She also took us to the police station to get registered. She recommended a restaurant that turned out to be one of the best dining experiences that we had in Serbia.

La posizione davvero eccezionale, pieno centro sulla via pedonale. Appartamento molto ampio, ideale per stare più giorni.

Davvero unica pecca il bagno, molto piccolo rispetto alla struttura, doccia poco funzionante con sistema a boiler temporizzato che sacrifica un po' il piacere di stare in doccia dopo una giornata di visite.

Stan je isti kao na slikama, prostran i na odlicnoj lokaciji - u samom centru grada. Ono sto je najbitnije je da je cistoca stana za 10! Takodje, sve pohvale za vlasnicu, lepo i lako smo komunicirali. Ljubazno nas je docekala i predala nam kljuc, a posto smo iz stana izlazili u ranijim jutarnjim casovima, mogli smo da ostavimo kljuc u sanducetu.

La habitación es enorme, está muy bien situada, muy cómodo y bien equipado. La dueña fue muy amable, nos ayudó a gestionar el aparcamiento del coche y fue muy flexible con la hora de salida.

Prelep smeštaj u samom centru!

Smeštaj u samom centru Niša, u okolini vam se sve nalazi. S obzirom da smo kasno došli sačekali su nas skroz sređeni i namešteni kreveti, domaćin i više nego ljubazan! Stan je jako lep, prostran i za naše potrebe je bio savršen!

Možda da su kreveti na razvlačenje malo udobniji. Verovatno bi na više dana bio problem, ali za jedno veče i ekipu nije predstavljalo ništa strašno.
