Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch, es liegt direkt am Wasser , modern eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht . Sehr gute Betten. Man kann auch sehr gut um den See spazieren gehen und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos . Sehr schnelle Antworten bekommen . Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Lage, Lage, Lage: Die Lage am Talvatissee ist einzigartig schön. Das Haus mit seiner Split-Level Bauweiseist sehr geräumig.
Der Zustand des Hauses, Oberflächig ist alles ok, aber beim genaueren Hinsehen wackelt und quietscht der Esstisch, im Badezimmer leuchtet nur eine funzlige Birne, der Türgriff zur Terassentür ist lose, ebenso der Schließmechanismus am Fenster. Stromkabel hängen mehr oder weniger isoliert aus der Wand. Im Kühlschrank und im TK-Schrank befinden sich Lebensmittel - hat diese der Vormieter vergessen oder gehören sie dem Eigentümer? Nach Auskunft der Nachbarn steht das Haus zum Verkauf, dies erklärt dann auch die nicht mehr behobenen Mängel im Haus. Für eine Woche haben wir uns aber den Urlaub nicht vermiesen lassen.
