Sécurité, accès à la plage à proximité, eau chaude au besoin, bonne qualité de la plaque chauffante et four, bonne qualité des chaudrons, Propreté et qualité et quantité des draps et des serviettes renouvelées chaque semaine. Disponibilité de chaise de plage et de support pour séchage, assez bien isolé des bruits des voisins. Accès au ferry pour Fort-de-France. Épicerie, boulangerie et fruiterie à proximité.
Malpropreté des murs et plancher, manque de certain accessoire pour cuisiner, ex: grande tasse allant au micro-ondes ou grand plat pour micro-ondes, grande spatule, les photos du site ne correspondait pas à la réalité EX: la douche fuie sur le plancher et le divan totalement inconfortable ne correspondait pas à la photo du site, et même les armoires sont beaucoup abîmés. Lave linge difficile d'usage et bruyant.
