Sunset Beach House Porthleven

Generally loved the house. The kitchen is amazing, and the views spectacular. I spent lots of time watching the local fishing boats etc in the bay, and the large ships passing on the horizon.

The entrance going past the neighbours property was tricky to reverse past due to overgrown vegetation, and particularly part of the low stone wall that isn't straight but has a lump sticking out. As careful as I was, I nicked one of the alloys, and another car was also damaged. Maybe it's that our driving skills aren't good enough! Parts of the house are showing signs of wear e.g. 2 windows not working properly, and others with condensation in the double glazing. The quality of the settee doesn't match the quality of the amazing kitchen. Don't let that put you off, the advantages far outweigh the points above., and I'm sure Bryan & Heidi will rectify the faults.

Gorgeous property, felt very homely and in such a good location. Could walk down to the harbour. The hosts were very thoughtful

Very spacious, good size for a large family, kids friendly, amazing sea view, amenities to beach and port area, clean, excellent outdoor space, had excellent facilities especially well-equipped kitchen. The highlight of the house was kitchen and dinning/living space which was modern with amazing view of sea and sunset.

Not really, but may be would add value if BBQ equipment were available.
