Signature Broadbeach Ocean Views Apartment - CoastHM

Awesome Skyhome. Modern. Luxurious. Well equipped. Senatorial view. Pool, bbq area, sauna, steam room all amazing. Location perfect. Hard to fault anything.

I wanted to book the cinema for a movie. Was told because the booking was not with the property I could not use it. She was quite rude about it as well. I would think the cinema js a facility just like the pool or gym or sauna. Only complaint.

Great spacious apartment, modern amenities...had all the comforts of a home including throw blankets and pool towels...we absolutely loved the building pool which was temperature controlled n a fairly large size and the heated jacuzzi was bliss to unwind in the chilly evenings of autumn. We were 2 families and total of 8 including kids and everyone had ample space...and the kids had their own nook n tv to connect their games to so we're content to do their own thing separately. There was ample restaurant options around the block all at easy walking distance.

Did not have the full unobstructed view of the ocean as other high-rises have come up since the pictures...but the apartment was so great that it didnt really matter as the beach is just a short walk down the road.

Die Parkbox im Parkhaus zu finden war zunächst etwas schwierig, aber dann kein Problem. Eingangsbereich zur Anlage sehr großzügig und modern gestaltet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Pool im 4. Stock super mit Whirlpool. Apartment im 29 Stock: welch eine tolle Aussicht auf Broadbeach, den Strand und Hinterland, grandios. Die Ausstattung des Apart. war überdurchschnittlich gut, es fehlte nichts.

Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, die aber nach wenigen Tagen behoben wurde. Im Grunde brauchte man keine Klimaanlage zu dieser Jahreszeit für Mitteleuropäer, aber die Australier mögen es wohl kühler!!

BEWARE!!! This property required me to complete a check in through their third party service. They required me to pay a bond of $200 outside of booking.com. I checked out almost three weeks ago and they have not returned my bond. The accommodation was left in perfect condition. They have not responded to my messages and have not advised for any reason they would keep the bond.
