Place was spotless, clean,towels available, heating that you can adjust how you want. Bed very comfy, nice and quiet at the night time.

Objekat je čist i uredan, u prizemlju je, ima sve što je potrebno za duži boravak, na mirnom je mjestu.

Malo je komplikovan sam dolazak jer vas niko ne dočekuje, i još što se mora uplatiti polog...ali razumijem razloge.

The apartment itself was clean and generally fine, but the overall guest experience was unnecessarily stressful and unwelcoming.

Before arrival I received numerous automated messages with rules, warnings about the deposit, photos of existing damage, instructions about check-out, the cleaner’s arrival time, and even a requirement to take the rubbish to the communal waste area after departure. I understand protecting a property, but this felt excessive and made me feel more like a potential source of damage than a paying guest. Check-in is only from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00, which is considerably more restrictive than what I normally encounter when travelling. For €92 per night plus city tax, I expected a more guest-oriented experience. The biggest problem was the bed. There was a plastic protective layer under the sheets which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable, and I was awake in the middle of the night because of it. Cleanliness should be a basic standard in paid accommodation, not something that compensates for an uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately, despite the apartment itself being perfectly acceptable, the combination of excessive rules and messages, the rubbish requirement, restrictive hours and uncomfortable bed means I would not stay here again.
