It was clean and very family friendly, the night reception staff Hamad was amazing and his cooperation made our visit memorable

Very comfortable room
Lack of hot water in the shower was a big disappointment. Also arriving to a hot room is another disappointment. Lack of parking is also an inconvenience

Helpful hotel staff
The bed, pillow were not smell clean; smell heavy. The curtains not clean apparently not washed for a long time. The bathroom smells bad humid. Every morning after 5:00 am room smell cooking oil etc. like I am sleeping in the kitchen. There was mosquito in the room. The breakfast wasn’t fresh and no good taste at all.
