Flouressia Gardens Villas

The owner -Helena is very nice and welcoming. She waited for us until 22:00pm to welcome us to the villa. The location is perfect! Very close to the beach and the pool at the villa is big and comfortable. We are planning to visit there again in the upcoming years.

Villa is located in Pernera and situated ideally between the quieter resort of pernera 5 min walk turning right out of the villa and 10 min walk road way - turn left out of villa then take a right and immediately left turn which will take you into the busy family resort of protaras (location excellent) there is also the beach front walk which is longer to walk approx 20 min but more scenic with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. The villa had everything you require for a holiday. Some tea and coffee was left by previous tourists. Also a lovely welcome note, cake and two bottles of water upon our arrival. Key left in door for easy access as we arrived early hour's of the morning so we didn't have to disturb anyone. Villa pool size is perfect. Roof terrace is also peaceful. Kitchen and bathrooms all ok. Beds ok but could do with new single beds in downstairs room as the wooden slats are broken and my son kept falling through. Luckily he is a teenager so he found the funny side. Downstairs sink had a small leak, this was rectified immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sunbeds by the pool so comfy. TV and WiFi excellent. Air con great! Would stay again and would recommend.

Single beds in bedroom downstairs need changing - wooden slats kept falling through and all the beds require new mattress protectors. This was not a reflection of our super stay. Just an additional note to take on board.

Läget var bra, nära till strand och centrum. Bra pool med solsängar. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal.

Saknade större del av utrustning i köket. Så som köksknivar och glas/kaffekoppar/vinglas. Fanns bara ett badrum med en dusch. Endast bäddat med lakan, vi hade önskat att det fanns täcke om så önskat.

Outside space and pool was lovely. Nice and big pool with enough sunbeds and seating area in shade. There were a couple of bars nearby and a restaurant which was handy. The beach nearby was a lot quieter than a lot of beaches by the main strip, but a lot of hotels in the area, so they did get busier at times.

I contacted the property to say we will be arriving at 2 and to contact me if the property isn't going to be ready in time. We got there at 2, waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to turn up and were told property won't be ready for at least another hour. If I had been informed of this, I would have delayed my arrival. When we came back nobody met us, and the keys were just left in the door. The beds are really low, and we found them really uncomfortable, causing back pain and disturbed sleep. They have a slim mattress topper on the mattress, but it moves about, and sheets just come lose. The ad itself is slightly misleading, pictures shown are from all 4 villas and its clear now that the layouts are all different. We had seen pictures of what appeared to be a large veranda or roof terrace, but our villa had a small one. The ad also said 2 bathrooms and had pictures of 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. However, the villa we had only had 1 small bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, so there was a lot of dust and noise too. Overall, it's not a bad stay for the money, but we just found the inside space to be a bit on the small side for 6 people.
